The Apple Standard End User License Agreement applies to the App Store application license unless a different license is deliberately adopted. These service terms describe use of PaintMargin and do not replace Apple's license.
PaintMargin helps you prepare estimates and customer invoices, record manual payments, and review supplied job costs and financial reports. Flags ask you to review an item; they do not prove an error or savings. Direct margin subtracts included costs from supplied revenue and excludes missing costs, overhead and other expenses. It is not take-home income or accounting, tax, legal or financial advice.
Use only information you are authorized to access and share. Check imported amounts, job assignments, tax settings and decisions before using or sending a document. Keep your own copies of important records and protect your device and account. Do not access another person's account, upload unlawful material, or interfere with the service. PaintMargin does not collect customer payments or verify settlement; reversing a recorded payment does not move money or refund a customer.
Issued original PDFs retain their issue-time contents. Later payment records and corrections appear separately and do not rewrite those PDFs. Imported invoice histories are reference copies and do not create new receivables. Sync and backups cannot prevent every loss. Export important work and keep local copies when a sync, import or deletion result is uncertain. Testing features may change or be unavailable; a draft or roadmap does not promise delivery.
Paid subscriptions are not offered by this testing build. The proposed public offer is $24.99 per month in the United States; it is not an active checkout or a trial offer. If enabled after qualification, the App Store will present the actual local price and billing period before purchase. Monthly subscriptions renew until cancelled through Apple's subscription settings. Apple handles App Store billing and refund requests. TestFlight and other sandbox purchases are tests, not production revenue.
The planned paid-access rule allows one PaintMargin account at a time; restoration transfers access to the currently signed-in account once that behavior is qualified. After expiry, existing authorized record reading, original-file downloads, exports and deletion remain available; new paid cloud writes may pause. Local work remains available. Export what you need before deleting an account. Deleting the app or its PaintMargin account does not cancel an Apple subscription. These planned paid-service rules must be verified before the public offer is activated.
Stop using the service if you no longer want to participate in testing, and export important work first. Service features and these terms may change; material changes will be reflected in an updated document and date before the affected public service is offered.
