Swipe a job in the job list to archive it. Archiving hides it from the active list; it does not delete the job or its files. You can remove a receipt from a cost in the job. The local file is removed when no job copy uses it, while copies already uploaded remain in your account until account deletion.
If you cannot sign in, contact support for help recovering access. Do not send confirmation codes or customer records by email. An email request alone does not establish account ownership or complete deletion.
Deletion removes your data from the live service. Encrypted backups are retained on a rolling schedule - database exports for 14 days, snapshots on a 7 daily / 4 weekly / 6 monthly rotation - so a copy captured before deletion can persist until it ages out.
Pending: reconciling deletion records before a restored backup is reopened is designed and locally tested but not yet deployed. We will state it here as a protection only once it is live and verified.
Guest data stays on your device. Account data and original files are stored with Supabase in the United States; the current environment is provisioned in us-west-1, and production hosting is not yet provisioned.
Paid subscriptions are not enabled in the current testing app. Once qualified and offered, use Restore purchases or Manage subscription in the app. Apple handles App Store billing and refund requests. Deleting PaintMargin data does not cancel an Apple subscription.
